The structure to be predicted must be specified in one of four ways:
a. PDB ID is entered.
b. The structure file in PDB format is uploaded.
c. UniProt or TrEMBL ID is entered.
d. Sequence is entered with fasta format. - Enter the chain you want to be predicted, or all chains in the uploaded file will be processed with a blank in the second field.
- Enter a short memorable name for your prediction job.
The job name will be presented as the time you submit the job, if you leave the third field a blank. - Choose metal ions for prediction.
